Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions set out below apply to the use of this website, and by accessing the website and/or placing an order, you are agreeing that you accept them. If you have any questions relating to our terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Order process

When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. As soon as you submit an order, we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. You must check that all details on this e-mail are correct, and contact us as soon as possible if they are not.  

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and clerevisondirect.co.uk until we accept your order. Order acceptance, and the completion of the contract between us, will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled the contract. If we cannot fulfil all of your order, we will despatch the items which are available, and adjust the amount to be debited from your credit or debit account accordingly.

If your order is not accepted we will notify you by e-mail, outlining the reason why. Non-acceptance of an order may typically be a result of one of the following reasons:

The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock;

We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;

There has been a pricing or product description error.

If your order is not accepted your credit or debit card will not be charged.



If you have not submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking ‘Empty Basket' on the Shopping Basket screen. 

If you have submitted an order and received an acknowledgement e-mail, you may still be able to cancel by sending an e-mail marked ‘URGENT CANCELLATION' to customerservices@clerevisiondirect.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Please ensure you provide your name, address, product(s) ordered and order reference on the e-mail.

If your order has been despatched, you will need to wait until you receive it and then cancel the contract.  

You can cancel the contract within seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you wish to do this, please follow the procedure for returns.

Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of the cancellation date. If the goods were despatched prior to cancellation, they need to be returned in their original packaging, with all labels in place. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to us, unless the return is as a result of a fault or error on our side.


Product Descriptions

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the detail relating to products appearing on the website, including descriptions and prices, are correct at the time the information is loaded. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. In particular we cannot confirm the price of product until your order is accepted.  

We have taken measures to provide accurate images for each product for sale. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. There may also be small differences due to variations in supplier materials.



All prices quoted on this website include VAT.

The cost of delivery is not included in the product price, but is quoted separately.



We accept most major credit/debit cards.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.



The timeframe quoted for delivery of your order is approximate.

Goods will be sent to the address provided.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, and you will be required to meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note international deliveries may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.



We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website, and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products at any time and without notice.

We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. Your order will not be accepted and you will be advised of the correct price of the relevant product, which you may re-order if you wish.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or that use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses. 

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered where the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, we will make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund the amount you paid for the goods in question. You must contact us within 10 working days of delivery, following the returns process outlined in the returns section of the website.  You will be required to return the goods to us unless we advise you otherwise.

The products sold on this site are provided for private domestic and consumer use only, and are not for re-sale. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or from it.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal use.
