If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition, complete with all labels and packaging, up to 14 days after despatch. Proof of purchase will also be required. Four days should be allowed for postage so please make sure your item is posted within ten days of receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office, and retain this until you receive your refund or replacement.

For orders sent to addresses outside the UK, we need to receive your return within twenty days, as ten days needs to be allowed for postage. Again we recommend you retain your proof of purchase.

Please note we can only accept items which were purchased from clerevisiondirect.co.uk and, unless goods are faulty, you will be required to pay return postage.

Please e-mail our customer services team on customerservices@clerevisiondirect.co.uk for further instructions on how to arrange a return.  Please ensure that you include the following detail in your e-mail:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the item(s) you are returning
  • The reason you wish to return the item(s)
  • Whether you require a refund or replacement item
  • The replacement item required, if applicable

Where an item is to be replaced, the new item will be despatched within five days of receipt of the original goods by us.

Undelivered Items

If an item is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
